Shipping and Delivery Conditions
- The Seller will ship the Products within a maximum of 30 days via its contracted shipping company. If this shipping company does not have a branch in the Buyer's location, the Buyer must pick up the product from the nearest branch of the shipping company within a maximum of 7 days. Otherwise, the Buyer is responsible for all damages and expenses incurred.
If the product subject to the contract is one that must be delivered by the Seller, the Seller shall deliver the product to the Buyer or to the person or entity at the address indicated, within the time frame specified in the pre-information form, depending on the distance of the Buyer's place of residence, provided that this period does not exceed the legal 30-day limit for each product.
- If the Buyer is not personally present at the address during delivery and the persons at the address refuse delivery, the Seller shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligation. If there is no one at the address to receive the delivery, it is the Buyer's responsibility to contact the shipping company and track the shipment. If the product is to be delivered to a person/entity other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible if the recipient is not at the address or refuses delivery. In these cases, any damages resulting from the Buyer's delayed receipt of the product, as well as any expenses arising from the product waiting at the shipping company and/or the return of the shipment to the Seller, shall be borne by the Buyer.
- The buyer is obligated to inspect the product upon receipt and, if any problems caused by the shipping company are found, to refuse the product and have a report drawn up by the shipping company representative. Otherwise, the seller will not accept responsibility.
- If the product cannot be delivered within the legal timeframe due to force majeure, the Seller will immediately notify the Buyer. In this case, the Buyer may cancel the order or wait until the force majeure event ends. If it becomes clear that the product cannot be supplied, the Seller will clearly inform the Buyer within a maximum of 3 days of becoming aware of this. If the Buyer cancels the order, the Seller is obligated to refund the total payment made by the Buyer and any documents that may have obligated the Buyer to further payment, within a maximum of 14 days. In this case, the Buyer has no right to claim any additional material or moral damages from the Seller.
