Purpose and Scope of the Disclosure Text

As Yasemin Global Dekorasyon Pazarlama Ticaret Limited Şirketi, we would like to inform you that we show the necessary diligence to ensure the security of your personal data that we have to process while carrying out our sales and marketing activities related to our products and services. We present the disclosure text containing information about personal data processing activities to the public and relevant individuals.

We take measures to protect your personal data within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as KVKK or the Law). We process your Personal Data, within the scope of KVKK and relevant legal regulations, and in our capacity as "data controller," for the reasons and methods explained below.

As Yasemin Global Dekorasyon Pazarlama Ticaret Limited Şirketi, this Disclosure Text on the Processing of Personal Data has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK titled "Data Controller's Disclosure Obligation" to inform you in the most transparent and clear way about the identity of the data controller, the method and legal reason for collecting your personal data, the purpose for which this data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose it can be transferred, the data processing period, and your rights enumerated in Article 11 of the KVKK.

We would like to state that this disclosure text also concerns third parties using the website of Yasemin Global Dekorasyon Pazarlama Ticaret Limited Şirketi.

Your personal data is processed securely in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, due to legal obligations or to provide a more appropriate service in the "Company's" business operations.

In this context, the following data is collected as personal data:

Identity: This data group contains information about an individual's identity.

Name, Surname, Social ID / Turkish ID, Passport

Contact: This data group can be used to reach an individual.

Phone number, e-mail, contact address

Customer Transaction: This data category refers to data types such as Call Center Records, Invoice, promissory note, check information, Order information, Request information.

Business process performed, Commercial History

Finance: This data category refers to data types such as IBAN, Bank account number, Credit Card Information, Mail order information.

Physical Space Security: (Employee and visitor entry/exit records, camera recordings, etc.)

Transaction Security: IP address information, website entry/exit information, etc.

Marketing: shopping history information, cookie records, etc.

Signature: Wet and/or electronic signature data used in contractual activities.

Your collected personal data;

• To enable our relevant business units to carry out the necessary work for real and/or legal third parties, institutions and organizations (employees, visitors, suppliers, business partners, etc.) that have a relationship with "the Company" to benefit from the products and services of "the Company" and/or its affiliated centers and units,

• To ensure the security of life and property, and the legal and commercial security of real and/or legal third-party institutions and organizations located at "the Company's" workplaces or its affiliated centers and units,

• To fulfill legal and regulatory requirements arising from/that may arise from Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, Tax Procedure Law No. 213, Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and the Fight Against Crimes Committed Through These Publications, Regulation on Distance Contracts Published in Official Gazette No. 27866, Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages Published in Official Gazette No. 29417 dated 15.07.2017, Regulation on After-Sales Services Published in Official Gazette No. 29029 dated 14.06.2014, Regulation on Archive Services, European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), other relevant legislation and secondary regulations, and to take necessary measures in this context,

• To carry out inspection and/or regulation duties by authorized public institutions and organizations and professional organizations with the quality of public institutions (SSI, Revenue Administration, Turkish Employment Agency, Turkish Statistical Institute, Certified Public Accountant, Competition Authority, the Chamber of Commerce to which it is affiliated, and other Public Economic Enterprises with which we have an obligation to share information in accordance with relevant articles of the Law.),

• To fulfill information and document requests from judicial bodies, consumer arbitration committees, and/or administrative authorities,

• To perform listing, reporting, verification analysis studies regarding the use of products and services offered at "the Company" and all its affiliated centers and units, to produce statistical and scientific information in this regard, to develop our products and services accordingly, to increase satisfaction with our products and services, and to make customizations for the user in this context,

• To conduct market research, promotion, and provide necessary information regarding our products and services, to evaluate complaints and suggestions, and to contact you directly through the communication channels shared with "the Company",

• To ensure the healthy completion of our Service Agreements,

• To plan and manage the financing of all services provided, and to carry out invoicing,

• For data security purposes, to take all necessary technical and administrative measures for systems and applications, will be processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

Article 3: To Whom and for What Purpose Your Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

By ensuring all necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to secure an appropriate level of security in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation, your Personal Data may be transferred only when necessary for the purposes stated above to;

• Individuals/institutions and/or organizations permitted by other relevant legislation

• Business partners

According to Article 8 of the KVK Law, it can be transferred if one of the conditions specified in the second paragraph of Article 5 of the KVKK exists, and with the fulfillment of the explicit consent condition within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 9.

 

Article 4: Method of Collecting Your Personal Data and Legal Grounds

Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods, through "the Company's" affiliated units, website, social media platforms, customer call center and similar methods. Your personal data may be processed by being created and updated as long as your relationship with "the Company" continues, and may be kept both in digital and physical environments.

In line with the purposes specified in the title "Your Processed Personal Data and Purposes of Processing" and within the scope of Article 5, paragraph 1 of Law No. 6698, with the provision of explicit consent, or in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2, it can be processed and transferred within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in clauses "a,c,ç,e and f".

 

Article 5: Data Processing Period and Retention Period

Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the data processing and statute of limitations periods in all relevant laws and other legal regulations to which "the Company" and its affiliated centers and units are subject, limited to the purposes stated in this Disclosure Text. In case of changes in data processing periods in laws, the newly determined periods will be taken as a basis.

As a requirement of the principle of purpose limitation, your personal data is processed for a period limited to the fulfillment of the purposes explained in this Disclosure Text and, in any case, in accordance with legal periods, "Company" practices and commercial customs, and is deleted, destroyed or anonymized after these periods expire. Article 6: Rights of the Data Subject

Explicit consent refers to consent given freely and based on information regarding a specific subject, and this explicit consent text contains information regarding the specific subjects mentioned below, and we would like to remind you that you are free to give or withhold your consent to this text.
